Growing Through Nursing
I advanced between CNA and LPN, then RN and Family Nurse Practitioner, learning bedside care and clinical decision making. Urgent care and correctional settings shaped my calm, thorough, evidence-based approach.

Meet Shaikia Mallett, FNP-C
I am Shaikia Mallett, a Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of CAREfull Health and Wellness Clinic in Little Rock. My healthcare journey began in 2003 as a Medical Assistant, then grew across CNA, LPN, and RN roles before I became an ANCC and AANP certified FNP. I have cared for patients in urgent care and correctional settings, which taught me to stay calm, listen closely, and act quickly when needed.
